The Domestic Water Authority exercises due diligence to furnish and deliver, within the capabilities of the system, a continuous and sufficient supply of domestic water for the San Pasqual Band and members of their families living in the member’s household. It is responsible for authorizing any and all disconnections, connections or alterations to the domestic water system.
